[EGIT PATCH] Add markers for extracting shortlog into build description.

Manual builds from Eclipse will unfortunately contain these markers
verbatim in the feature description.

This together with some fixes to the PDE build makes a shortlog available
in the description of the new downloads at the update site. Sry, didn't wait
for approval and pushed this change anyway.
