Subject: [PATCHv12 16/23] Teach builtin-notes to remove empty notes
Date: Wed, 27 Jan 2010 12:51:53 +0100 [thread overview]
Message-ID: <1264593120-4428-17-git-send-email-johan@herland.net> (raw)
In-Reply-To: <1264593120-4428-1-git-send-email-johan@herland.net>
When the result of editing a note is an empty string, the associated note
entry should be deleted from the notes tree.
This allows deleting notes by invoking either "git notes -m ''" or
"git notes -F /dev/null".
