Hi,
I am using fedora and I don't have the root access. The git installed on the
system is 1.5.2.2 and I want to upgrade it to 1.7.1
I downloaded git and followed the instructions and installed the files in my
$HOME/bin/git folder. Git has created four folders in this folder :
bin/ lib/ libexec/ share/
Now what should I do to make fedora read the files from this new git rather
than using the default older git?
Thanks
