Subject: [PATCH v11 4a/7] bisect: introduce support for --no-checkout option.
Date: Tue, 2 Aug 2011 08:14:20 +1000 [thread overview]
Message-ID: <1312236860-21089-1-git-send-email-jon.seymour@gmail.com> (raw)
In-Reply-To: <7vmxfthuf8.fsf@alter.siamese.dyndns.org>
If --no-checkout is specified, then the bisection process uses:
git update-ref --no-deref HEAD <trial>
at each trial instead of:
git checkout <trial>
Improved-by: Christian Couder <chriscool@tuxfamily.org>

Apologies - it appears my default emacs modes are unhelpful.
This is a replacement for [PATCH v11 4/7] with whitespace fix ups. Let me
know if you want me to repost the whole series.
