Translate 29 new messages came from git.pot update
in 11b9017 (l10n: Update git.pot (29 new messages)).

please review this update of German translation.
This patch might not be applicable directly because
it's based on a preparation commit which just contains
changes of "msgmerge". After this patch passed the
review, i'll merge them together.
