[PATCH] diff: Document --staged over --cached

[PATCH] diff: Document --staged over --cached

[Soren Brinkmann]

Since recent documentation uses terms like 'staged' and 'staging area',
--staged is more in line with other documentation and to be pfeferred
over --cached.
