[PATCH] README.md: don't take 'commandname' literally

[PATCH] README.md: don't take 'commandname' literally

The link to Documentation/git-commandname.txt was obviously broken.
Remove the link and make it clear that it is not a literal path name by
using *italics* in makdown.
