[PATCH] Let git-clone/git-fetch follow HTTP redirections

Let git-clone/git-fetch follow HTTP redirections

Otherwise, git-clone silently failed to clone a remote
repository where redirections (ie. a response with a
"Location" header line) are used.

This includes the fixes from Nick Hengeveld.
