There is one that gets started when the transfer is taking a while, but it shows the total number of MiB transferred and the current transfer rate. I don't think there's a way to tell when it will be done, just that its running and running slower than you might like. :-) Part of the problem is the remote end doesn't know how many bytes are needed for the pack its sending until after it has finished sending the pack. Sort of a catch-22. --
