Who the hell has their Windows 2000 CD-ROM handy? Or wants to open a CD-ROM drive? Or wants to wait for a 40x CD-ROM to spin up and copy data? Who even still has a CD-ROM drive connected to a computer? (I usually don't have any optical media drive attached...) Where's the damn URL to download setup.exe? Where's the webpage with the Internet Explorer buffer overflow exploit to automatically install the software for the user? Why doesn't it create a thousand icons on the desktop, obscuring the user's picture of their kitty? ;-) -- Shawn.
