[StGit PATCH 0/9] Various StGit updates

      Use the default git colouring scheme rather than specific scripts
      Add the log --clear option
      Reinstate the --annotate option for refresh
      Convert 'unhide' to the lib infrastructure
      Convert 'hide' to the lib infrastructure
