It sounds a bit odd to me... Perhaps, "локальные к репозиторию" is a bit
better, but still it does not sound very well. And there is one more
thing -- I believe it is better to translate "tools" as "команды" here.
So, I would say:
"Синим выделены команды определенённые для текущего репозитория"
or shortening this phrase a bit:
"Синим выделены команды текущего репозитория"
