Just one. It had been a while since I re-checked the skipped tests, so
most of what I found I could now pass was unrelated. But I believe your
recent patches fixed t3901 for me. On current 'next', it passes, but on
current 'maint', it says something like "cannot convert UTF-8 to utf-8".
