Good day!
I am Russian and Ukrainian native speaker. I have a little free time
and I want to help in translating.
What I may do for it?

Well, so basically [2] has a list of in-progress translations with the
links to their respective Git repos hosted on Github. So I'd just get
in touch with their respective maintainers -- may be through opening an
issue of commenting on existing ones.
