This latest revision of my merge-order patch adds support for
git-rev-list arguments of the form:
 
     git-rev-list --merge-order a b c ^x ^y ^z
 
 I believe the output is functionally equivalent to the existing
algorithm, though sorted differently. Please let me know if you find a
case where this is not so.
