Try this:
strace -fF git svn clone -T trunk
http://paintweb.googlecode.com/svn paintweb.git 2>&1 | egrep -i
'git.pm|git-svn'
If you wade through the output, it should tell you which git.pm and
git-svn you're *really* getting.
