I do find it interesting that the introduction is with an example rather tha= n a definition. This suits =E2=80=9Clearning order=E2=80=9D (concrete->abstr= act), but not necessarily =E2=80=9Creference order=E2=80=9D (where I just wa= nt to get to the definition). Hm. I=E2=80=99m not sure I have any concrete suggestions, though.=
