GSoC Project Proposal - Project Code Graph - Need mentor and better name

In short, this proposal is aimed at having a better way to view the
status of a project by having issues, todos and dependencies mapped as
a graph.

My main motive behind this is that a newcomer to an open source
project can look at the graph and immediately see where he can pitch
in. Having to go through tons of issues and changelogs is generally
not so alluring.

There are 10-14 days for the mentors to finalize project details with students.
I request interested mentors to point out what needs to be changed.

Hrm, while the project may be interesting, I personally do not see how
this is related to the Git project...

Making projects more accessible to new people is always a good idea, but
how would you extract the information?  Many projects have a hard time
just getting programmers to document their code, so anything like this
would have to be very low maintenance if you want to help projects that
are currently bad at accessibility.

I think a solid plan for that part of the problem would make it more
obvious which organisation would be best suited to you.
