Hi,
When I download git client from https://git-scm.com/download/win ,
I want to check the MD5 and SHA1 after finished downloading. But I can
not find them. Where can I find them?
BR.

Try
http://article.gmane.org/gmane.comp.version-control.git/290684/match=announce
If that isn't your version, try searching the list for other announcements.

Thanks a lot! It's my version!

the download page?

I've created a page on the FAQ wiki
https://github.com/git-for-windows/git/wiki/Release-Hashes
@dscho may have a better reference but adding this page is a start as it
avoids overloading @dscho with any more work. We 'lurkers' can contribute!
PS the list prefers bottom posting, so that context is seen before the
answers and comments.

The only problem with that is that any GitHub user can edit them (and I do
not think that anybody apart from me monitors the wiki yet).

Actually, bottom posting (i.e. quoting the entire mail wholesale, while
answering only specific parts of it) is also frowned upon. It shows a lack
of concern for the readers' time. Which in turn usually elicits a lack of
time for the writer's concern. :-)
The best idea is always to quote *only* the parts that you are responding
to, with just enough context to understand the discussion, and answering
inline. See for example: this mail.
Ciao,
Johannes

Thanks, I couldn't see it for looking (I was sure there was one somewhere).
I've corrected the FAQ and linked wiki release-hashes pages.
