I've done a little more reading, and I think that 'service names' is
better than 'symbolic ports'. Also, the text you added, '(e.g.
"submission" instead of 465)', should probably be '(e.g. submission
instead of 587)' in order to match up with IANA's mappings.

I've got another patch in which these changes are a part, so you can
just leave things as is and let the next patch fix them up.
