EDelta? http://www.diku.dk/~jacobg/edelta/
Xdelta? http://xdelta.blogspot.com/
IIRC bsdiff is used by Firefox to distribute binary software updates.
Xdelta is generic (not optimized for binaries like bsdiff and edelta), but
supposedly offers worse compression (bigger diffs).
