./configure --prefix=$HOME/bin

I have only $HOME/bin in path so I manually moved main 4 files and
directory ugitlibs under   bin/

$HOME/bin  -> ugit ugit.py uit.pyc ugit.pyo
                   -> ugitlibs/ -> with remaining files


And it worked.
