[PATCH] docs: remove stray bracket from git-clone synopsis

The git-clone documentation contained an extra ‘]’ after
`--also-filter-submodules]`.

This patch removes the duplicate ‘]’ so that the line reads:

    [--also-filter-submodules] [--] <repository>

instead of:

    [--also-filter-submodules]] [--] <repository>
