Can you stick to the expected flow: (1) send v1 (2) get review
comments on v1 (3) respond to these review messages and then (4)
send v2 AS A DIRECT REPLY TO v1?

Sending the reroll as a response to v1 is important for automation
on the receiving end. Thanks.
