I am missing a tutorial for making a "Grub-CD" 
which is useful because 
1. its big enough to save your (unpacked)kernel on it. 
2. Todays laptop don't have floppy drives.

Not sure if that's what you want:

$ apt-get install grub-rescue-pc
$ less /usr/share/doc/grub-rescue-pc/README.debian

This is on ‘lenny‘ - name of the package may be different in squeeze
etc.

Todays laptop don't have cd/dvd too

Why don't you use USB flash drive for booting/installing os

not really.
ive seen some things when i made my last grub disk there was sth like
stage1.eltorito .. 
please help ..

just because the mainboard doesn't support booting from usb.
it's not that modern .. :)=

what's this stage1.eltorito stuff about ..

As to stage1.eltorito and making a GRUB bootable CD-ROM, it looks like
the recent/new grub manual has it all covered in section 3.2...?
