Hello, I've added support to grub-install for HFS(+) installs in the
branch phcoder/mac. I tested it on my PowerPC mac (--macppc-dir). Could
someone test it on Intel one? Just use grub-install with --efi-directory
pointing to a mountpoint of an empty HFS(+) partition
