Two build fixes are committed. autogen.sh is nice to have but not urgent
for 2.02

iso9660 part committed. zfs not sure, it is triggered by non-standard
build options; it needs some discussion how to solve it generically -
there are many places where static analyzer is confused by checking for
grub_errno.

That's too late for 2.02, really.

Is applied.

Support for EFI handover will make linuxefi redundant. But I'm not sure
how you suggest eliminating linux16 vs. linux.

Should I commit it?
What about
- disk IO buffer alignment for small read (I personally prefer the first
version of Leif's patch that exposes alignment in core, it also allows
us to print it in ls output)
- F2FS support
- SMBIOS patches
- getroot: Correctly handle missing btrfs device identifiers.
- arm64,xen: add xen_boot support into grup-mkconfig
- [RFC] Add exitcode support (or, better, suggestion in this thread to
change default exit code on EFI)
- something also needs to be done about
[PATCH] broken ESC navigation if authentication is used
