[igt-dev] [PATCH i-g-t v2] intel-ci: Reorder system suspend tests to last

Reorder the system wide igt tests to last of fast-feedback.testlist,
so we don't lose the other tests coverage on the platforms which
are largely getting hit by Suspend/Resume related failures.
