I think you want to say "invalid flags" not "flags different than zero",
since DRM_V3D_SUBMIT_CL_FLUSH_CACHE and DRM_V3D_SUBMIT_EXTENSION are
valid flags depends on driver caps. In addition, does adding tests
for valid flags (that depend on driver caps) make sense?
