ok, fixed plymouth by adding a a pre-trigger hook.
In the pre-trigger hook, udevd is started and the big trigger is not yet fired.
Plymouth installs a hook to "pretrigger" the tty and graphics subsystems, which
are needed for interactive password requests later on.
