This refactoring isn't yet fully rolled out, we miss the execbuf conversion and some of the low-level bind/unbind support code. - Convert our hdmi infoframe code to use the new common helper functions (Damien). This contains some bugfixes for the common infoframe helpers. - Some cruft removal from Damien. - Various smaller bits&pieces all over, as usual.
