[PATCH v6 00/10] i915 PMU and engine busy stats

Review feedback so far, plus re-organisation of the series to drop potentially
not so interesting metrics into separate patches, at the end of the series.

Patche 1 is a small refactor to make the following work easier.

Patch 2 is the main bit.

Patch 3 is a small optimisation on top, to only run the sampling timer when it
is required. (Depending on GPU awake status and active PMU counters.)

Patches 4-7 add software engine busyness tracking, which is then used from the
PMU in patch 7. This allows more efficient and more accurate engine busyness
metric.

Patches 8-10 add the RC6 and interrupt count metric.
