[PATCH] drm/i915/selftest: Skip all request selftests when wedged

[PATCH] drm/i915/selftest: Skip all request selftests when wedged

[Chris Wilson]

If the GPU is irrecoverably wedge, we cannot submit any request and so
all of the request selftests will expectedly fail. Skip over them.
