I don't just merge random stuff. Ok then, but what else can I do to get them tested or reviewed, except the testing I can do on the two machines I have? About which time frame are we talking, approximately? The (many possible) approaches to the watermark patch are now over a year somewhere waiting in the testing-and-review pipeline, and that is only one minor problem of the many problems of the 830/845 support.
