I am sorry, my understanding was that HAS_PCH_SPLIT is equivalent to 
(gen > 5 && !(IS_VALLEYVIEW) )
So, is it like, HAS_PCH_SPLIT is equivalent to (gen >=5 && !(IS_VALEYVIEW))
