The man pages have been written in reStructuredText and converted to
manual pages using rst2man(1) since intel-gpu-tools version 1.15,
specifically commit cc7387f17ce5 ("man: rewrite manual pages in
reStructuredText").
Based on the dates in the diff, I'm guessing this is no longer a
problem.
