Inspired by this mail, I completed converting our intel-gpu-tools man
pages to reStructuredText, something that's been on my todo list for
ages. The patches are now upstream.

The man pages have been written in reStructuredText and converted to
manual pages using rst2man(1) since intel-gpu-tools version 1.15,
specifically commit cc7387f17ce5 ("man: rewrite manual pages in
reStructuredText").

Based on the dates in the diff, I'm guessing this is no longer a
problem.
