It seems PRMs(https://01.org/linuxgraphics/documentation/driver-documentation-prms) doesn't have descriptions for registers like following? ^_^

#define EDP_PSR_BASE(dev)			0x64800

We have PSR hardware support since Haswell, and the specs for that
aren't there yet. No, I don't know when they will be.
