We can now obtain the relevant crtc_state/conn_state from the
relevant callbacks, which means all the ->config accesses
can be removed and the code cleaned up.
Also fixes the following WARN_ON, because we don't have to iterate
atomic connectors any more:

Please use a consistent naming scheme. The current situation with
cstate vs. crtc_state vs. pipe_config is not nice at all, and I'd prefer
we don't add to the mess any more. So for any new uses let's pick one
name and stick to it.

In all cases we can now obtain the relevant crtc_state/conn_state
from the relevant callbacks, which means all the ->config accesses
can be removed and the code cleaned up.
