- Fix error handling in probe

mediatek/atomic/tidss:
- Fix tidss in another way and revert reordering of pre-enable and post-disable operations,
  as it breaks other bridge drivers.

pci/vga:
- Fix multiple gpu's being reported a 'boot_display'
