I have no idea if it's ok to move it. Hm... Well, not sure. Reading the spec on MacTransmitLFPS field, it appears that this should be programmed after lane reset sequence is done. By the time we call intel_c10_pll_program(), the lane reset step is already done. Another thing I think we should be doing, if we want to keep this as a separate step and be aligned with Bspec, is to set C10_VDR_CTRL_MSGBUS_ACCESS, just like it is done for other C10 progamming in the code.
