[PATCH V1 0/3] drm/xe/arl: Add Arrow Lake H support

These patches includes the new PCI ids and support of workarounds
for ARL-H platform.

Graphics version 12.74 (which is technically called "Xe_LPG+") should
be handled the same as versions Xe_LPG 12.70/12.71 by the KMD.
