First patch is just some prep work. Second patch contains the details
about the new bit in the page fault descriptor for Xe3p.
Sharing this for early review and CI - the previous implementation was
done before the page fault overhaul from commit 816e12793c6d ("drm/xe:
Remove unused GT page fault code"). I'm still working to get all the
pieces together to be able to test in the relevant platforms.

The page fault is only ever printed on when the fault handling fails.
Use a single dbg with the fault response status and its details.

Xe3p prefetches memory ranges and it notifies software via an additional
bit in the page fault descriptor that the fault was caused by prefetch.
The prefetch bit should only be in the reply if the page fault handling
was not successful, which allows the HW to avoid generating a CAT error
for prefetch faults.

The comment here makes it sound as if we shouldn't send any ack at all
if the reported fault was a successful prefetch fault. However the
actual implementation (and the commit message) has us still sending the
ack, just with the prefetch bit cleared out in the response descriptor.
We might want to rewrite the comment here to clarify.

ok... what I was thinking and probably couldn't express it correctly was
that the specific bit is the ack. Now I will need to double check on the
hw/spec side because they also use similar wording... but from the hw
impl pov it wouldn't make sense to skip the entire thing on success. Let
me check and get back later.

So today we aren't doing that in the main driver, but for debug
sometimes it still might be interesting to be able to print this for
each fault (of course this can get unreasonable for large numbers of
faults). I guess if we're specifically looking at that kind of
scenario, printing the extra "Unsuccessful 0" message doesn't really
hurt... Also easy enough to teak it locally to do something different
if needed.
