Short summary of fixes pull:

DRM core and helpers:
- calculate framebuffer geometry with format helpers
- fix docs

appletbdrm:
- allocate protocol buffers with kvzalloc()

dma-buf:
- fix docs

imagination:
- avoid segfault in debugfs

ofdrm:
- put PCI device reference on errors

udl:
- increase USB timeout
