But why would we need to re-register it again in runtime suspend D3hot case?
The address would still remain the same as no power is lost.

Previous review comments suggested to re-use xe_guc_enable_communication
to prevent redundant irq enable code.

If this code is split again, it'll have the same issue of redundant code.

when would unregistering CTB be used? All other cases reset GuC after
