kbd 1.14.1 Release Notes

The kbd-1.14.1 release is available at:

o Build system:
- Fix computing of the host-system type.
- Fix options handling (thanks for the help to Mike Frysinger).
- Fix DESTDIR handling.
o Programs:
- unicode_{start,stop}: To run loadkeys is allowed only to root.
o Localization:
- Update German translation.
o Keymaps:
- Add Norwegian dvorak keymap.
- Add turkish F (trf) keyboard map.
- Fix turkish Q (trq) keyboard map (Ozgur Murat Homurlu).
- Move qwerty/cz.map -> qwertz/cz.map.
- include/*euro.map: Change 'currency' to 'euro' symbol.
