[kbd] eurlatgr: add Adobe Latin 2 / 3 support

Hi,

It was found out that eurlatgr support for Adobe Latin 2 [1] and Adobe
Latin 3 is only one glyph away: U+2113 SCRIPT SMALL L. But since we're
out of free slots, we have to follow the eurlatgr tradition and remap.

Based on https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Litre I think L is better than l.
