[PATCH 05/23] ltp: remove CONFIG_KERNEL_CI support

Remove CONFIG_KERNEL_CI support from ltp workflow:
- Remove LTP_KERNEL_CI_LOOP variables
- Remove ltp-baseline-loop and ltp-dev-loop targets
- Remove ltp-baseline-kernelci and ltp-dev-kernelci targets
- Update help menu to remove references
- Remove kernel-ci script symlinks
