Accomplishments:

  * Got "ACK" for an idea of dropping RLIMIT_NPROC check in set_user().
  * Cleanups and optimizations of HARDEN_SHM.

Priorities:

  * Push PAX_USERCOPY.
  * Fix RLIMIT_NPROC issue.
  * Push GNU_STACK configuration mechanism.
  * Deal with all arising issues.
