From mboxrd@z Thu Jan 1 00:00:00 1970 From: Dan Carpenter Date: Thu, 07 Nov 2013 07:52:00 +0000 Subject: [patch] dmaengine: s3c24xx-dma: make phy->irq signed for error handling Message-Id: <20131107075200.GJ21844@elgon.mountain> List-Id: MIME-Version: 1.0 Content-Type: text/plain; charset="us-ascii" Content-Transfer-Encoding: 7bit To: kernel-janitors@vger.kernel.org There is a bug in s3c24xx_dma_probe() where we do: phy->irq = platform_get_irq(pdev, i); if (phy->irq < 0) { The problem is that "phy->irq" is unsigned so the error handling doesn't work. I have changed it to signed.
